BUDGE PR STRENGTHENS EVENTS DIVISION
Budge PR has strengthened its Events Division with the appointment of highly experienced event manager, Eloise Roser. She takes over responsibility for managing the PR consultancy’s Events Division which has grown dramatically in recent years.
For the past 18 months, Roser has been working as an events consultant, with a particular focus on health, education and transport related conferences. Prior to that, she was Events and Conference Co-ordinator at the University of Glasgow.
She joins Budge PR following a busy year for the Glasgow based PR firm whose events division handled a number of high profile events. These included ‘Next Steps’, a two day UK conference on osteoporosis care for 400 delegates, the Fifth Anniversary Celebrations for Glasgow’s International Financial Services District and ‘It All Adds Up’, a conference and exhibition to mark twenty years of European Structural funding in the West of Scotland.
Commenting on the appointment, David Budge, managing director, Budge PR said, “Increasingly, we are being asked by clients to supplement our core PR service with event and conference management. Initially, this led us to create a specialist division to deliver these services and now we are taking that one step further with the appointment of Eloise, a highly experienced professional, to develop this strand of our business.”
