David Budge, the lead consultant on the IFSD programme kicked off his economic development experience with several years helping promote Scotland’s most successful Enterprise Zone in Clydebank. This led to subsequent involvement in major area regeneration projects in Leith, Motherwell, Coatbridge and Stirling.
